PAL SOUND project aims in the inclusion of vulnerable groups into community and in the music industry through the activities that will be implemented in the lifetime of the project.
Specifically, the Target Groups of the project are:
1. Trainers and Educators working the music sector
2. Roma and non-Roma mucisians
PROMOTION
Τo promote the active role and participation
in the creative sector of Romani musicians
in the music industry
METHODOLOGY
Present the topics of prejudice,
human rights empowerment, equality among people
and equality in all sectors of everyday life, empathy,
support of intercultural dialogues and cooperation
and Romani positive narrative as a creative form
to educate people, supporting and promoting the inclusivity.
PAL SOUND project methodology and its deliverables
will be developed in that way aiming to be adopted
and adjusted in the needs for all levels of education,
entrepreneurship, and market.
RAISING AWARENESS
To raise awareness and fight discrimination
against Roma people and specifically
to Roma musicians and Romani music,
promoting also the Romani positive narrative.
SOCIAL INCLUSION
To boost the collaboration
between Romaand non-Roma musicians targeting the
promotion of social inclusion.
During the Training of Trainers in Prague, a remarkable campaign was born through the collaboration of PAL SOUND partners and Trainers.
