WORK PACKAGE 2: “The Romani Influence”

The main objective of the current WP is to research and to identify the gaps and the needs that Romani musicians face because of the rapid technological development and to promote their inclusion and empowerment in the music labor market through interactive activities and trainings. Moreover, the work package aims to develop an innovative training curriculum for Romani musicians to showcase their talent. The specific objectives of the current work package are:
1. Conduction of desk and field research to identify the gaps and the needs that Romani musicians have in general, the
difficulties that they face and the need to be introduced in the new digital tools.
2. To create “The Gypsy Influence Curriculum” a training material for Romani musicians to upgrade their skills
3 To conduct local workshops for the training of musicians, which will be separated in two parts” theoretical and practical
